What are the ticket prices?
For adults, the ticket price is 600 TL; students, seniors and people with disabilities can buy the ticket for a discounted price of 300 TL. Children between 0 and 6 years old can enter the Tower free of charge with their parents. Also, relatives of veterans and martyrs can enjoy our complimentary ticket.
What are the payment options?
You can pay by credit card.
What are the tower working hours?
The Tower is open between 10:00 and 22:00 on weekdays and weekends. These hours vary according to seasonal conditions. For detailed information, you can contact us at 444 6 282.
How long will the ticket I purchased be valid for?
The ticket bought from Atakule kiosks is valid for the day you buy them.
Is there a direct entrance / VIP entrance to the tower?
Pregnant, seniors and people with disabilities have priority.
What's in the Tower?
The Tower has 4 floors. On the first floor there is Fabien Bistronomy, on the second floor there is an Observation Deck with 360° views of the City. Also there is VR experience on the Observation Deck. On the third floor there is Nakia Restaurant. Soon, the Dome will be open for visitors.
Can I propose in the tower?
Obviously! We would like to join your happiest memories and share your joy.
How many people can be present at the same time?
100 people can be in the tower at the same time.
How to reach the Tower?
The Tower has 2 panoramic elevators with a capacity of 10 people.
Can we bring a professional camera?
Apart from commercial shootings, you can shoot the views with your professional camera.
Is smoking allowed on the Tower?
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the Observation Deck.
Is there a parking area?
Yes, there is a underground garage which can be entered on Çankaya Street. There is also paid valet concierge service.
Is there a coat check where I can leave my belongings before going up to the Tower?
Unfortunately, there is no coat check.
Do I need to make separate reservations for the Nakia?
You can make your reservation by calling 0505 610 60 06.
Where can I buy tickets?
You can buy tickets at the tower reception.
Do the entry times on the ticket have to be followed exactly?
We kindly ask you to comply with the time on the ticket in order to avoid unwanted density.
Where will we wait after I get my ticket?
After purchasing your ticket, you can spend time in our stores in Atakule or in the sections where our restaurants are.
Is there an open area on the viewing terrace?
Yes! Our 360° Observation Deck has open area.
How long is the waiting time?
The waiting time varies according to the congestion.
Is there food/drink in the tower?
In the tower, there is Fabien Bistronomy on the first floor and Nakia Restaurant on the third floor.
How many meters is the viewing terrace?
The viewing terrace is 125 meters. The altitude is 1173.60 meters.
Can we enter with our pet?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed to enter the Tower for health and safety reasons.
Can strollers enter the Tower?
Baby carriages are not allowed to enter the Tower due to limited space.
What items are not allowed to enter The Tower?
In order to ensure the safety of our guests and employees; firearms, sharp objects, luggage, bottles in backpacks, etc. are prohibited.
Can we enter with a wheelchair?
Yes, guests with disabilities can easily visit the tower.
